Forklift Operator

Responsibilities Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to move, locate, and stack products.

Load and unload materials from trucks and containers, ensuring proper handling and safety protocols are followed.

Conduct routine inspections of forklifts and report any maintenance issues to the supervisor.

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist in stock counts as needed.

Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency.

Assist in training new operators on safe and effective forklift operation.

Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Valid forklift operator certification and proven experience operating forklifts.

Strong understanding of safety protocols and best practices in material handling.

Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.

Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime as needed.
