Location:

Northfield, NH. Facility: 2XG. Full Time.

Shift: 3:15 PM – 11:45 PM (Mon‑Fri). Additional 10% differential.

Job Summary:

Operate various equipment to meet production requirements. Primary equipment:
Tsugami.

• Use judgment to follow instructions with minimal choice.
• Suggest tooling, fixtures, and improvements to increase efficiency.
• Load and feed the machine to produce finished product.
• Keep count of parts and maintain records.
• Perform in‑process dimension inspection and maintain documentation.
• Follow specifications, work orders, and special instructions.
• Operate various types of equipment as assigned.
• Handle materials, parts, and equipment to prevent damage or loss.
• Communicate professionally with coworkers and respond to supervisor feedback.

• High school diploma, GED, or trade school graduate preferred.
• Minimum 6 months manufacturing experience operating manual and/or CNC equipment; internships and part‑time experience acceptable.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience accepted.
