EPTAM Precision Plastics is looking for a Production Operator/Assembly - 2nd Shift to join our team in Northfield, NH.

2nd Shift – 3:15 PM to 11:45 PM (Monday through Friday). This shift includes an additional 10% differential pay.
Position Summary- Complete various operations within the Assembly, 3D Printing, Med Pack, and NEXX Assembly departments to meet production requirements.
- Identify correct bag size using work orders or instructions.
- Cut/trim bags to specified sizes.
- Create part labels using basic computer applications.
- Tag part bags with labels according to customer requirements.
- Clean parts with the correct cleaning solution per customer requirements.
- Follow proper gowning procedures before entering the clean room, including proper disposal.
- Perform all aspects of 3D printing changeovers (remove print, apply adhesive, reprint).
- Handle tape jobs: identify correct orientation on blueprints and cut in a straight line.
- Mix epoxy using scales and referencing correct spec sheets.
- Assemble jobs per specific work order instructions.
- Achieve a classification of Independent or higher on all Production Operator competencies listed on the Competency Checklist.
- Operate heat sealers, butane torches, media blasters, arbor presses, and ovens (MCF3) safely and correctly.
- Identify quality problems in materials.
- Provide accurate and complete turnover from shift to shift.
- Maintain good housekeeping, safe work habits, and professional conduct.
- Handle all materials, parts, and equipment to prevent damage and loss of finished products.
- Represent the company during customer, internal, ISO audits, and FDA inspections.
- Protect sensitive data handled by systems under your control.
- High School diploma, GED, or trade school graduate (preferred).
- No prior experience required; equivalent combinations of education and experience accepted, or demonstrated ability to perform essential functions. Internships and part‑time experience acceptable.
