We are recruiting for a Full-Time Outpatient Receptionist to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Northfield, NJ. This position is benefits eligible.
POSITION SUMMARY:- Responsible for answering telephone calls and transferring to appropriate destinations.
- Responsible for greeting patients
- Responsible for collecting required documentation,copays, deductibles, or payment of services prior to treatment and documenting transactions in EMR.
- Responsible for monitoring entrances andexits of visitors, patients and families.
- Handle various clerical functions as assigned by Manager and/or Director.
- Thorough knowledge of facility policies and procedures as it relates to the above duties.
