Process cash transactions including deposits, withdrawals, loan and safe deposit box payments with high accuracy;
Balance cash drawers, ATMs, Teller Cash Dispensers, and Teller Cash Recyclers as necessary;
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve concerns using standard procedures and escalate as needed;
Train and mentor new Tellers;
Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and Patriot Act to minimize risk
