Pay Range: $23.25 - $30.75 USD per hour

• Act as a subject‑matter expert on all TD personal and business banking products, services, policies, and procedures.
• Provide financial expertise and consultative advice to customers to help them achieve their financial goals.
• Make product recommendations that match customer needs and highlight features and benefits.
• Build and nurture customer relationships by actively listening, identifying additional needs, and offering solutions or partner referrals.
• Use Customer Relationship Management tools to assess customers, identify appropriate solutions, and lead outbound sales activities.
• Evaluate issues, errors, and problems, resolve them independently when possible, and escale when necessary.
• Explain detailed or complicated information to customers and internally with clear communication.
• Participate in customer outreach, servicing, and advice activities to deliver on TD’s customer promise.
• Engage customers about loan products, facilitate application intake, and maintain active NMLS registration.
• Perform teller transactions (cash, deposits, transfers, withdrawals) and monitor fraud mitigation while adhering to operational policies.
• Ensure compliance with Bank Secrecy Act, Patriot Act, and other regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal partners to provide exceptional customer service.

• High school diploma or GED required; a two‑year degree is preferred.
• At least 2 years of related experience working with customers and/or sales.
• Teller experience preferred.
• Cross‑trained to handle customer transactions upon hire.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills—concise, clear, and consistent.
• Effective problem‑solving abilities.
• Capability to schedule, prioritize work, and meet deadlines independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to provide community services, including financial education classes.
• Notary license preferred.
• Active registration with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
• Eligibility to work as a loan originator under Regulation Z and the SAFE Act.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and credit report check.
