RequiredSkills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years of experience in professional services, client implementations, or data migration projects
- Strong experience with SQL and relational database management systems (e.g., MSSQL, Oracle, MySQL, AS400)
- Experience extracting and transforming data from structured, semi‑structured, and unstructured data sources
- Ability to gather and analyze system requirements for data acquisition initiatives
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and analytical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially in client‑facing environments
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or Power Shell
- Familiarity with process automation and ETL workflows
- Exposure to reporting tools and data visualization platforms
- Knowledge of accounting, finance, payroll, or general business processes
- Experience working within Agile or SDLC-based project environments
- Consulting or client services experience is a plus
