We are recruiting for a Full-Time Medical Day Care Director of Nursing to join our skilled team of pediatric professionals in Northfield,NJ. This position is benefit eligible.

The Director of Nursing (DON) for the Pediatric Medical Day Care program is responsible for the overall clinical management, supervision, and coordination of nursing services provided to medically complex pediatric patients.

The DON ensures that nursing services are delivered safely, effectively, and in compliance with:

• Facility policies and procedures
• The New Jersey Nurse Practice Act
• NJ Department of Health Pediatric Medical Day Care regulations
• Department of Nursing standards
• Infection prevention and control policies

The Director of Nursing oversees clinical operations, supervises nursing staff, promotes quality improvement, ensures regulatory compliance, and supports interdisciplinary collaboration to deliver safe, family-centered pediatriccare.
