Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator – Hoffman's Exterminating

Hoffman's Exterminating is looking for a highly motivated individual to fill a full-time Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator position. This role requires a passion for being outdoors, meeting new people, and a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.

As an Outside Sales Representative / Home Evaluator, you will wake up excited to meet new clients and work on prospective business deals every day. You will keep appointments as scheduled, perform prompt follow‑up, and build strong rapport with potential residential customers. You will survey, estimate, and counsel clients on pest control options, and perform home evaluations which may involve crawling into tight spaces such as attics.

Using your sales skills, you will offer solutions, recommend appropriate services, and explain the associated benefits honestly, clearly, and accurately. Your success results from following the sales process our training provides.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to pass and maintain any state regulatory licensing or certification exams
• Ability to work at least 40 hours per week
• Physical ability to be on your feet and maneuver in crawl spaces in various weather conditions
• Customer service experience
• Proven sales ability
• Basic math skills
