We are seeking a motivated, detail‑oriented Clinical Research Coordinator to support a broad portfolio of studies across our department, ranging from industry‑sponsored clinical trials to investigator‑initiated research projects. This role offers the opportunity to gain experience with studies of varying complexity and to collaborate with multiple Principal Investigators.
PrimaryDuties & Responsibilities
- Implements and manages all study/protocol phases, ensures compliance with protocol guidelines and regulatory agency requirements, establishes record‑keeping systems, makes assessments and determinations of participants’ progress, analyzes, investigates and reports adverse events, and recommends protocol adjustments.
- Recruits and enrolls study participants, determines eligibility based on diagnostic criteria, develops informed consent packets, explains diagnostic procedures and treatment plans, and administers/scores tests and evaluates lab and clinical assessments for timely completion.
- Ensures timely completion of all protocol requirements (assessment, lab testing, procedures, treatments), schedules patient completion, interprets collected clinical data, and prepares oral/written presentations or reports with progress analyses and recommendations.
- Collects clinical data under clinical research protocols.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

Grade: C09
Salary Range: $47,400.00 – $71,200.00 annually. The salary range reflects base salaries paid for positions in a given job grade across the University. Individual rates within the range will be determined by factors including qualifications and performance.
