• Supervise daily operational activities and coordinate workflow to optimize team performance
• Monitor equipment and operators to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards
• Manage employee time, attendance, and conduct annual performance reviews
• Communicate work status and resolve production or equipment issues with staff and management

• Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and timekeeping systems
• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
