Cabot Hosiery Mills is seeking a shift supervisor to assist the shift manager in overseeing manufacturing operations and ensuring product quality. The role focuses on managing employee performance, schedules, and attendance while coaching staff and communicating across teams.
The First Shift runs 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Thursday. You will work with machine operators, technicians, managers, and QC staff to optimize productivity, participate in continuous improvement, and ensure EH&S
