Cabot Hosiery Mills, based in Vermont, seeks a shift supervisor to support the shift manager in overseeing manufacturing operations. You will supervise staff, manage performance reviews, schedules, and ensure product quality while coordinating with operators, technicians, managers, and QC to optimize productivity.
The First Shift runs 5 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday–Thursday. You will monitor safety, attendance via UKG, and lead continuous improvement, production data, and cross-department communication.
