Development Nurse

Mayo Healthcare is seeking a full-time Staff Development Nurse to help train and educate current and oncoming staff in a Long-Term Care setting. Successful applicants must have at least two years’ experience in Long Term Care or Assisted Living setting; teaching experience preferred. They must possess a strong knowledge base of nursing/medical practices and procedures prevalent to the Long-Term Care setting.

Familiarity with Long Term Care regulations preferred. You must be highly organized, have the ability to multi-task, and great attention to detail. Understanding the importance of caring for seniors is essential. Willing to learn the Infection Prevention role. Good communication skills, compassion, and a desire to work as a part of a dynamic team are also highly respected.

50-55.00 hourly based on experience
