Accurate Automotive is hiring an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician for its high-volume, growth-focused shop.

You’ll work on all makes and models, including diesel, with consistent production of 50–60 flagged hours
, an average repair order of approximately $1,450
, and a 35-hour guarantee during your first 90 days
.

The owner and General Manager are in the shop daily, and technicians are not responsible for estimating or ordering parts.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
• Perform timing chains, lifters, and major removal and replacement work
• Maintain strong production and efficiency
• Spend approximately 90% of your time on repairs and 10% on diagnostics

• Seven or more years of independent repair experience
• Advanced diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience with all makes and models
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE certifications preferred

• 22 lifts and 22 bays
• Alignment rack
• Heated shop with personal cooling units

• Autel, Zeus, Top Don, and Hunter scanners
