Accurate Automotive is seeking an experienced A-Level Automotive Technician in Northglenn, CO, offering $50–$75 per flat-rate hour plus bonuses with $100,000–$175,000+ annual earning potential. This high-volume, growth-focused shop provides consistent production opportunities, with technicians typically producing 50–60 flagged hours and working on all makes and models, including diesel.

Technicians are not responsible for estimating or ordering parts, allowing them to stay focused on repairs and production.

• Diagnose and repair vehicles from start to finish
• Perform timing chains, lifters, and major removal and replacement work
• Maintain strong production and repair efficiency
• Complete quality repairs across multiple vehicle systems
• Perform approximately 90% repair work and 10% diagnostic work

• 7+ years of independent repair experience
• Advanced automotive diagnostic and repair skills
• Experience working on all makes and models
• Valid driver’s license
• ASE Certifications preferred

• $50–$75 per flat-rate hour plus bonuses
• $100,000–$175,000+ annual earning potential
• 35-hour guarantee during the first 90 days
