Our client is a Boutique CPA Firm located in Colorado Springs, CO with over $11.7M in revenue actively seeking a 100% Remote Firm Strategist to join their team.
This firm emphasizes an Exceptional Work-Life Balance with limited regular and busy season hours, no weekends, and Summer Fridays completely off. There is a strong focus on quality of life within its culture.
Responsibilities- Provide strategic leadership and oversee business operations within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows, and drive organizational efficiency.
- Collaborate with leadership to align strategy with organizational goals and client service delivery.
Applicants Must Have
- Proven experience in strategic leadership and business operations, ideally within a CPA firm or professional services environment.
- Strong financial acumen, including budgeting, forecasting, pricing structures, and business development strategy.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, improve workflows, and drive organizational efficiency.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and leadership skills, with the ability to impact all levels of the firm.
- Proficiency with practice management and business systems typical to the accounting industry.
- High level of confidentiality, adaptability, and problem-solving skills when working closely with leadership.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with talent development and recruitment processes, including succession planning and culture building.
- Familiarity with marketing and brand strategy, ensuring consistency across digital and client-facing platforms.
- Knowledge of risk management, compliance, and legal coordination in a professional services (preferably CPA) firm.

$120,000 - $140,000 depending on experience.
