Perform tire and automotive services (including fluid exchanges/flushes, preventative maintenance, brake repairs and other mobile services, while delivering an excellent customer experience);
Maintain independence on assigned routes - Safely driving between appointments, while representing Goodyear.;
Conduct proper safety checks when preparing for and performing service.;
Deliver outstanding customer service by answering questions and explaining the service process, while always fully understanding the customer's needs.;
Demonstrate proficient knowledge of our products and services (including warranties, promotions and advertisements).
