Position Title: Senior HVAC Detailer FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Department: Operations Date: 2026 Reports to: Virtual Construction Manager Location: Westminster, CO Wage Range: $31-44/hr. + annual bonus incentive

Operate Revit with Autodesk Fabrication to prepare detailed HVAC models and drawings for fabrication and installation from engineered construction documents. Review models from all trades for coordination purposes.

• Prepare and review detailed sheet metal drawings for fabrication and installation
• Communicate with Field Managers to ensure project design requirements and field needs are met
• Attend and effectively participate in coordination meetings both in house and with project teams
• Follow MTech Mechanical detailing CAD standards
• Understand and establish positive and functional job relationships
• Effectively participate on MTech Mechanical team to satisfy the customer’s needs
• Communicate effectively with internal and external customers
• Involved in assisting detailers to gain knowledge of the 3d coordination process
• Regular and predictable attendance is expected in order to meet the requirements of this position
• Other duties as assigned

• 5 years' work experience creating detailed sheet metal fabrication and installation drawings, with a 2-year degree preferred.
• Autodesk Software (Revit and Navisworks) experience required, Autodesk Fabrication experience preferred
• Accurate evaluation of structural, architectural, electrical, mechanical and plumbing systems
• Duct sizing capability for low pressure and medium pressure systems
• Knowledge of SMACNA duct construction standards
• Must be self-motivated and work well in a team environment
• General computer software knowledge, including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Bluebeam
