Role Overview

About the Role: The Program Manager, Outpatient Services (“Manager”) is a pivotal leader within Community Reach Center’s Outpatient Services Division. Under limited supervision, the Manager oversees the development, implementation, and administration of clinical programs that utilize evidence-based and evidence-informed approaches to support individuals with behavioral health needs. This role emphasizes program development, staff growth, and strategic expansion of services to meet community needs.

The Manager fosters a culture of continuous improvement, ensuring compliance with organizational goals and industry standards while advocating for client-focused care.

Essential Functions:

Program Development and Growth:

  • Lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of clinical programs to address behavioral health needs effectively.
  • Develop long- and short-term strategic goals for program expansion, aligning with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with local and state policymakers, community leaders, and providers to assess community needs and introduce innovative programming.
  • Monitor and adjust program models to maintain relevance and effectiveness, using data-driven approaches.

Staff Development and Leadership:

  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and professional growth.
  • Promote a culture of continuous learning, encouraging staff to pursue opportunities for development and advancement.
  • Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of new team members to build a cohesive and skilled workforce.
  • Provide regular coaching and feedback to staff, utilizing catalytic coaching techniques to enhance performance.

Operational Excellence:

  • Establish and monitor customer service standards to ensure a client-centered approach in all interactions.
  • Ensure compliance with medical record standards, case management practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to uphold organizational and industry standards.
  • Maintain and manage program budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.

Direct Client Support:

  • Provide consultation and direct care to clients using evidence-based best practices, as needed.
  • Advocate for appropriate services and interventions to support client progress and well-being.
Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social work, Sociology, or a directly related field is required
