Position SummaryWe are looking to hire a new bilingual front desk receptionist for our busy medical office. The ideal candidate is warm, organized, tech-savvy, and thrives in a dynamic, people-focused environment. As the first point of contact for our patients, you’ll be the face of our clinic - setting the tone for a welcoming, professional visit.
Duties and Responsibilities- Greet and check in patients and visitors in a courteous, professional manner
- Schedule and confirm patient appointments
- Collect insurance details and co-payments as needed
- Answer incoming calls, checking voicemails, and assist with inquiries or direct them appropriately
- Make outbound calls to reschedule missed or canceled appointments
- Scan and upload patient documents accurately and efficiently
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or equivalent, some college preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience as a medical receptionist in a fast paced environment
- Minimum 1 year experience with medical scheduling
- Must have proficient computer/typing skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor with excellent communication skills
- Bilingual required - English and Spanish speaking
- Prior experience in healthcare or administrative roles preferred
Pay range: $19.75-$21.00/hr

- Monday-Thursday 9:00am-6:00pm
- Friday 8:00am-1:00pm
