Job Title and Shift

Assembler I – First Shift (United States of America)

• Reads and comprehends blueprint and part drawings.
• Confirms that all required parts are accounted for within the production process.
• Peels protective vinyl coating in areas that require welding.
• Follows the blueprint to locate components and install them as required (e.g., channels under table tops, locks/catches on doors, brackets on shelves).
• Installs channels on various parts by locating and applying weld studs and pal nuts to hold in place.
• Applies brush on undercoating material on required parts.
• Stacks various parts on tables and carts in a manner that avoids scratches or dents.
• Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
• Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully.
• Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
• Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.
• Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.
• Follows all department quality standards/criteria. Raises concerns and issues to management.
• Understands department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team.
• Other duties as needed or required.

• Assisting in various manufacturing departments.
• Must be able to work overtime as needed, remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes in order to meet business needs.

• Proficient knowledge with Table saw, band saw, corner notcher, hole punch and deburring tools.
• Proficient knowledge of tape measure and its use as well as basic shop tools.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Ability to adapt and adjust plans to meet changing needs.

• Experience working with blueprint and assembling various components.
• Bilingual Spanish.

• Walking, standing, bending at the neck, squatting, twisting at waist, repetitive use of hands, simple grasping, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling, reaching, and carrying/lifting up to 75 lbs.

• Safety glasses with side shields.
• Hearing protection.
• Leather top, slip‑resistant, safety‑toe shoes.
• Gloves (e.g., leather, disposable; heat, cut and/or chemical resistant).
• Face covering (mask) in accordance with company policy.

$19.29 - $21.00. Salary may vary based on experience.

Full Time, 8‑hour shift, 40 hours per week.

On‑Site at Northglenn, CO 80233; must be able to commute.
