We blend chiropractic care, physical therapy, pain management, and acupuncture to create individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans that address pain at its source.
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in an outpatient pain management setting. You will work with both new and established patients, helping develop and manage comprehensive treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct new patient evaluations and follow-up visits.
- Perform musculoskeletal and focused physical exams.
- Develop and manage individualized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications in accordance with guidelines.
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Coordinate care with physicians and multidisciplinary teams.
- Perform minor procedures (training provided).
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EHR.
- Active NP or PA license (required).
- Active DEA license (required).
- Experience in pain management, orthopedics, spine, or neurosurgery preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM
- No on-call or weekend requirements.
- $100,000 – $130,000 annually
