EZCORP, operating under the EZPawn brand, is hiring Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service (Pawnbroker) team members. Pay ranges from $16.00 to $17.50 per hour based on experience, with opportunities for rapid advancement and uncapped bonus potential. The role offers a structured career path that starts with a 5‑week paid training program leading to a PAWNBROKER position, followed by a certification program and potential promotion to Lead Pawnbroker or Assistant Manager.

• Provide friendly, courteous, and respectful customer service in person and over the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions for pawn items such as jewelry, electronics, musical instruments, and more.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a welcoming environment that distinguishes EZCORP from competitors.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Prior customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong multitasking ability.
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test (after conditional offer).
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) is a plus.
• Sales background is a plus.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.
