Job Overview
Director of Sales – Fabrication and Design is a hybrid role responsible for generating sales for both Cambro and Nationwide. The position includes Direct Sales, management of Rep. sales activities, and cross‑functional selling initiatives.

Responsibilities- Meeting overall sales goals and targets through Direct Sales and management of Rep. sales activities.
- Providing top‑tier service to existing customers and Reps.
- Identifying, strategizing, and pursuing new customers and business opportunities.
- Training and supporting Reps.
- Preparing Sales Quotes in conjunction with Estimating team when required.
- Negotiating pricing to maintain maximum margins while ensuring sales volume goals.
- Participating in sales planning and budgeting.
- Developing, delivering, and executing compelling sales presentations for dealers, Reps, and Consultants.
- Overseeing market and competitive analysis to advise pricing strategies.
- Representing the company at Trade Shows.
- Making direct outside sales calls to dealers and consultants (travel and outside calls approximately 50% of the time).
- Supervising and directing NW Inside Sales Manager.
- Balancing time between Nationwide and Cambro sales initiatives and identifying cross‑functional selling opportunities.
- Hosting groups at NW and facilitating tours and training at Cambro with assistance from Cambro VP of Global Sales and Marketing.
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance; be punctual and dependable.
- Remain flexible and open to possible schedule changes to meet business needs.
- Work overtime as needed.
- Travel may be required.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from a four‑year accredited college or university.
- 3 to 5 years of focused sales experience, sales management with manufacturing, stainless steel, and food industry background preferred.
- Excellent administrative, organizational, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong RFP management abilities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across all contact levels.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.
- Sense of urgency, initiative, and follow‑up abilities.
- Ability to interpret written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule instructions.
- Residency in the Colorado region with onsite work in Northglenn Office.
- 10+ years of related experience.
- Certification of Completion of 3rd‑party Sales Training Programs.
- In‑depth knowledge of Nationwide.
- Knowledge of Salesforce.
Sitting, walking, standing, bending at the waist, twisting at the neck and waist, simple grasping, pushing and pulling, reaching, carrying/lifting up to 25 lbs.; driving a car; exposure to excessive noise; PPE required.
Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $106,000–$150,000 annualized.
