* JOB DESCRIPTION:
** The Inside Sales Representative is primarily responsible for admistrative support of the Company’s overall sales efforts. This role is vital to the company’s ability to achieve it’s revenue goals. This position is typically the first point of contact in the typical sales cycle. This position reports directly to the Sales Manager.
** ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS*
* · Receive quote requests from customers
· Download requests, plans. drawings and specifications.
· Interpret and organize elements of quote requests
· Organize electronic quote files
· Work directly with customers to ensure accuracy and completeness of information provided
· Work with Estimators to provide detailed quotations as requested by dealer or rep
· Maintain Quote Schedule
· Communicate expected Quote completion dates directly to customers and Reps
· Maintain Opportunity and Quote tracking. Ensure Reps are properly identified and logged.
· Track project award dates. Update as required.
· Provide weekly quote tracking and directly follow-up with customers to obtain orders
· Receive LOI/PO from customer and process new orders.
· Create Electronic Job Folders
· Ensure organization and completeness of Job Folders for hand-off to drafting department
· Prepare sales presentations and reports.
· Maintains reliable and consistent attendance, including being punctual, dependable, and flexible to potential schedule changes to meet the needs of the department and the organization.
· Executes each essential duty satisfactorily to perform job successfully.
· Follows all safety procedures required in work area, wears PPE as needed, attends all safety meetings, and reports safety issues regarding equipment or unsafe/hazardous conditions.
· Performs effectively as a team member, able to work well with others, open to receive and give feedback, and treats everyone with respect.
· Takes ownership of own work and behavior, accepts accountability for own actions, encourages solutions, and communicates status of work/projects.
· Follows all department quality standards/criteria. Raises concerns and issues to management.
· Understands department’s key performance indicators (KPIs) and contributes to achieve these goals both individually and as a team.
· Other duties as needed or required. ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Provide TOP TIER customer service to dealers and sales representatives
· Some travel in support of Sales Manager attendance at Trade Shows and meetings may be required

· Education and/or experience Requires high school dipolma or its equivalent and 2-4 years of experience in the field or in a related areas.
· Language skills Ability to read and interpret documents such as detailed instructions.
· Mathematical skills Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. : .
· Communication, both verbal and written:
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively with customers or employees of organization. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
· Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
· Ability to adapt and adjust plans to meet changing needs.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office SuitePREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
· Associate's Degree or equivalent with 5+ years of experience in a related field of Sales Support.
· Comprehensive understanding of and/or Microsoft Dynamics CRM
