Maintenance Technician / Mechanic
Pures Food Specialties, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for our bakery production facility. You will perform setup, repair, and preventive maintenance on ovens, conveyors, and other equipment to minimize downtime and ensure product quality.
You will troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems, perform welding as needed, and document maintenance activities while following GMP and food safety standards. Collaboration with production and safe changeovers are essential.
