Endeavor Health is seeking a Registered Nurse Triage (RN) for Gastro services in Elmhurst, IL. This part-time role covers two 10-hour shifts per week, with office hours Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM. Travel to other locations may be required to meet operational needs.
Responsibilities include inbound/outbound telephone triage, patient education, glucose monitor placement, and referrals under supervision. Candidates must have IL RN licensure and CPR certification.
