- Travel, Nights shifts, 36 hours per week, 13-week assignment
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients on a multi-specialty unit, primarily telemetry.
- Float to other units and hospitals as needed to support clinical operations.
- Support patient recovery and safety through medication management, monitoring, and education.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Adhere to hospital policies and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with licensing and certification requirements.
- Document patient care accurately using the Meditech EMR system.
- Registered Nurse license in Alabama or a valid compact license (no temporary licenses).
- Associate degree in Nursing.
- BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
- Minimum of 18 months to 2 years of recent experience in a telemetry or acute care setting.
- Experience working in a medical-surgical or telemetry unit.
- Ability to float across various hospital units as needed.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
