Glen Haven Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated RN Treatment Nurse to lead wound care and treatment services—all while enjoying a Monday–Friday schedule and a more balanced work life.

• Provide and oversee wound care and treatment services
• Assess, monitor, and document skin integrity and care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with clinical standards and regulations
• Educate nursing staff on wound care protocols
• Deliver high-quality, compassionate resident care

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state required)
• Experience in wound care or treatment nursing preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred
• Strong clinical, documentation, and communication skills
