- Conduct patient assessments and develop comprehensive treatment plans for individuals experiencing chronic pain.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care.
- Facilitate a multimodal approach to patient care, working closely with physicians to optimize patient outcomes.
- Educate patients on pain management strategies and promote overall well-being.
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Alabama.
- Masters degree in nursing or a related field of study.
- Experience in pain management or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
