We are seeking compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers / Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to provide quality care to clients in the Tuscaloosa, AL area. • Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Provide medication reminders and assist with mobility and transfers.
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status to supervising nurse or family members.
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe and clean environment.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow care plans and maintain accurate documentation of services provided.

• Valid CNA certification required.
• Ability to work independently and follow care plans accurately.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable transportation to travel within the Tuscaloosa area.
• Flexibility to work full-time, part-time, or varied shifts as needed.
