Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurses to join our nursing team.

With multiple shifts available, this is a great opportunity for an LPN looking for flexibility while taking on a key clinical leadership role. As an LPN Charge Nurse, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, supervise and support CNAs, and help coordinate quality resident care throughout your shift.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Serve as a Charge Nurse and help coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Recognize changes in resident condition and communicate clinical concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with Registered Nurses (RNs), physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary team members.
• Follow individualized resident care plans and nursing interventions.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation.
• Supervise, guide, and support Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow healthcare professionals.
• Promote resident safety, infection prevention, quality care, and regulatory compliance.

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse or nursing leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to provide leadership and direction to the nursing team.
