Registered Nurse (RN) – All Shifts Available

Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing and rehabilitation team.

With multiple shifts available, this is a great opportunity for an RN looking for a schedule that better fits their needs while building a rewarding career in skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care.

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care setting.
• Assess, monitor, and document resident conditions and changes in health status.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions according to physician orders.
• Recognize and respond promptly to changes in resident condition.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized resident care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, pharmacy, and other interdisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic nursing documentation.
• Supervise and support Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs).
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and fellow team members.
• Promote resident safety, infection prevention, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• New graduate RNs are encouraged to apply.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, post-acute care, or geriatric nursing experience preferred but not required.
• Strong clinical assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork abilities.
