Base Pay: $14.00-$17.30 per hour (based on experience)

Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our nursing team.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you'll provide hands‑on care and support to residents while working alongside nurses and other healthcare professionals in our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. If you're a CNA who enjoys building relationships with residents and wants to work with a team focused on compassionate, quality care, we'd love to meet you.

• Provide direct, hands‑on care and daily support to residents.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and mobility.
• Take and record vital signs and report changes in resident condition to the nursing team.
• Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation.
• Answer resident call lights and respond to needs promptly.
• Assist with meals, hydration, and daily routines.
• Maintain resident comfort, dignity, privacy, and independence.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and fellow caregivers.
• Maintain accurate documentation as required.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and resident care procedures.
• Help create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment for residents.

• Current Alabama Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• Long‑term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted living, or healthcare experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate and resident‑focused approach to care.
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a nursing team.
• Commitment to providing exceptional care and treating residents with dignity and respect.
