Registered Nurse (RN) - Evening Shift | New Leadership

Full-Time | Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $31.00-$40.40 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

Evening Shift Differential: +$2.00/hour weekdays | +$2.75/hour weekends

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Hunter Creek Health & Rehabilitation is building a strong nursing team under new leadership, and we're seeking compassionate and dependable Registered Nurses (RNs) for our evening shift.

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Assess residents and promptly respond to changes in condition.
• Supervise and support LPNs and CNAs.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Current Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing - REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical assessment, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

• Base Pay of $31.00-$40.40 per hour based on experience
• +$2.00/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekdays
• +$2.75/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekends
