Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Charge Nurse | Evening Shift

Full-Time | Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 3:00 PM-11:00 PM

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Park Manor Health & Rehabilitation is seeking a compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse to join our evening shift nursing team.

As an LPN Charge Nurse, you'll provide hands‑on nursing care, coordinate resident care during your shift, and provide leadership and support to CNAs.

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long‑term care, or post‑acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.
• Base Pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour based on experience
• +$2.00/hour Evening Shift Differential on Weekdays
