Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Charge Nurse | 7 On / 7 Off | Night Shift

Aspire Physical Recovery Center of West Alabama is seeking a dependable Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Charge Nurse for our 11p-7a night shift.

This 7 On / 7 Off schedule provides a full week off between rotations while offering the consistency of a full-time nursing position.

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing - REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Charge Nurse experience preferred.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Dependable and committed to quality resident care.

• Base Pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour based on experience
• +$2.25/hour Night Shift Differential on Weekdays
• +$3.00/hour Night Shift Differential on Weekends
