Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Day Shift

Full-Time | Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation | Northport, AL

Base Pay: $25.00-$29.55 per hour (based on experience)

Shift: 7:00 AM-3:00 PM

Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour on weekends

$10,000 Sign-On Bonus

Glen Haven Health & Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our day shift nursing team.

As an LPN, you'll provide hands-on nursing care, support CNAs, and work alongside our interdisciplinary team to provide quality care for our skilled nursing and rehabilitation residents.

• Provide direct nursing care and coordinate resident care during the assigned shift.
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Supervise and support CNAs on the assigned unit.
• Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Follow infection prevention, safety, and regulatory requirements.

• Current Alabama Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in good standing – REQUIRED.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to quality resident care.

• Base Pay of $25.00-$29.55 per hour based on experience
