Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout healthcare facilities, parking areas, entrances, and surrounding perimeters to help identify and report unusual conditions or potential security-related concerns.;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following site procedures and coordinating with appropriate hospital personnel and first responders.;
Monitor access points and visitor activity, provide directions and assistance, and help maintain an orderly environment for patients and visitors.;
Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to supervisors and site representatives.
