AL Hospice Care Tuscaloosa, part of LHC Group within United Health Group, seeks a Social Worker to provide medical social services under physician direction and an interdisciplinary team to support patients and families. You will assess psychosocial factors and help develop an integrated care plan for patients and families.
Requirements include a CSWE-accredited Master’s in Social Work, valid driver’s license, AL social work licensure, and preferable 1+ year healthcare experience.
