Joiner ​/ Carpenter

An experienced Joiner / Carpenter is required to join a family-run builder based in Cuddington, delivering high-quality building, refurbishments, extensions and roofing services across Northwich, CW8. This full-time, permanent role involves producing precision joinery, fitting kitchens, doors and staircases, and undertaking first and second fix carpentry on new builds, extensions and renovation projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, reliability and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction.

A competitive salary is offered, dependent on experience. Key skills include proficiency in site carpentry, accurate measuring and cutting, and the ability to work independently or as part of a small team. The company are looking for a talented Joiner / Carpenter to join their growing building team. You’ll work on a variety of residential projects — from first fix to final finishes.

• Installing skirting, architraves, and hanging internal doors
• Fitting fascia boards, soffits, and roof timbers
• Installing Joyce’s tongue-and-groove boards and other decorative features
• General site joinery and maintenance work
• Collaborating with other trades to ensure a seamless finish

• Proven joinery experience (3+ years preferred)
• Ability to read and interpret drawings
• Full tool kit and own vehicle
• Strong eye for detail and neat finishing skills
• Reliable and hardworking attitude
