Gardening & Driving Assistant to help keep our grounds beautiful and support our teams with driving and light maintenance. It’s a hands‑on, varied role that changes with the seasons—and makes a visible difference every day.

The Role

This is aseasonal, varied, and practical role:

• Maintaining lawns, flowerbeds, shrubs, and pathways
• Seasonal planting, pruning, weeding, and watering
• Keeping outdoor areas safe, tidy, and welcoming
• Supporting creative displays and resident gardening activities

November – March (Maintenance Support)

• Assisting with minor repairs and redecorating
• Helping keep communal areas safe and well presented

Year-round

• Driving the company minibus for resident outings
• Deliveries, collections, and inter-home support
• Basic vehicle checks and upkeep

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in gardening, landscaping, or grounds maintenance
• Practical DIY or maintenance skills
• A friendly, professional approach with residents and colleagues
• Full, clean UK driving licence
• Ability to work both outdoors and indoors across the seasons
• Basic health & safety knowledge
