Daily Harvest in Norton Shores, MI is seeking a Quality Lead to review production records daily, ensure CCPs and PCs are met, and serve as a resource for food safety on the off shift. The role supports troubleshooting quality or food safety concerns, maintains organized records, and ensures proper holds and pre-operational inspections.
Ideal candidates have QA lab experience in food manufacturing, HACCP/PCQI preferred, and a degree in Biology, Chemistry, or Food Science, with strong MS Office
