Quality Manager | Norton Shores, MI
Salary Range: $90,000 - $137,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS).
- Lead and manage internal and external audits (e.g., ISO 9001).
- Oversee root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions for non-conformances.
- Manage supplier quality, including evaluations and performance monitoring.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives for product and process quality.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Develop and deliver quality-related training programs for employees.
Recommended Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of experience in quality management within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated experience with ISO 9001 quality management systems.
- Proven ability to implement and improve quality processes and systems.
- Strong knowledge of statistical process control (SPC) and other quality tools.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with experience managing a team.
