General Merchandise Clerk Part Time Second Shift

We’re looking for an entry‑level General Merchandise Clerk who will deliver outstanding customer service, provide exceptional product knowledge, and maintain a friendly atmosphere.

Build rapport with customers and exhibit a friendly, outgoing attitude.

Assist customers with product questions, directing them to other team members when necessary.

Stock products and maintain displays in accordance with merchandising standards.

Use technology to complete tasks and documentation.

Support the Health and Beauty Care, Hardlines, Fashion/Softlines, Pets, Hardware, Card & Party, Outdoor, Seasonal, and Floral departments as required.

Detail‑oriented and organized.

Strong listening and communication skills, face‑to‑face and virtually.

Willingness to learn and/or familiarity with job‑specific technology.

Problem‑solving competence and eagerness to troubleshoot.

Process‑driven, able to follow procedures efficiently.

Able to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Lift, carry, push, pull, bend, twist, and stand for long periods as required.
