Position Summary & Responsibilities

The Mailroom Administrative Assistant is responsible for collecting, distributing and preparing mail (physical and electronic) according to established guidelines ensuring policy and procedural requirements are met. This position also serves to monitor the Administration Building for visitors, staff, residents and vendors coordinating pertinent information about the nature of their visit to NCF, signing them in, and notifying appropriate staff/departments accordingly. This position monitors the electronic system by reviewing mail and videos and distributes those materials as appropriate.

Minimum Qualifications:

Six months of experience in general office, clerical or administrative support work. Education may be substituted for experience as determined relevant by the agency.

Post-Offer, Pre-employment Requirements:
Must have a Valid High School Diploma or Equivalent. Must be able to perform the essential functions of the position. Must take and pass drug screen, background check, and Tuberculosis (TB) test. Must be a current United States Citizen.
