Job Summary/Basic Function: Coach and mentor students to facilitate their success in reachingtheir goals to become a nurse. Meet with students individually andin groups to support them as they clarify, review, and learnconcepts taught in class and clinical experiences. This is a parttime position with an average work schedule of 8-10 hours per week during the academic year.
Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor in Nursing with three or more years experience as aRegistered Nurse in a clinical and/or educational setting.
- Tutoring or teaching experience with excellent written communication skills.
- The ability to communicate effectively with a diverse group of students.
- The ability to effectively assist and assess student learning.
- Willingness to work as a team member with staff, faculty, and students.
- Excellent organizational skills, professional conduct, and reliability.

The starting hourly rate for this position is $30/hr.
