OVERVIEW Wheaton College of Massachusetts is seeking a full-time Assistant Director of Admission in Norton, Massachusetts. The position focuses on recruitment, admission counseling, and support for prospective students throughout the application process. This role includes travel, presentations, interviews, and participation in on-campus and off-campus activities that help connect students with the college community. The Assistant Director of Admission will manage assigned territories, represent the college at schools and fairs, and contribute to initiatives that strengthen recruitment efforts.
The position may also support international recruitment, diversity initiatives, transfer initiatives, and alumni admission programming.
- Recruit, advise, and counsel prospective students and applicants to the college
- Support recruitment activities and admission operations
- Travel for recruitment and outreach
- Conduct interviews and presentations for prospective students and families
