Job Description

The Norton Public Schools is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Permanent Substitute Teacher. Hours are Monday - Friday, 7 hours per day, when school is in session. Rate of pay is $110 per day for first 90 days then $135 per day starting on day 91 for remainder of the 180-day school year. Regular school hours for Norton High School are 7:40 a.m. to 2:09 p.m. Duties to be assigned by Principal including, but not limited to, covering student classrooms for teachers and paraprofessionals and building based duties including coverage for meetings, lunch, library and dismissal.

Specific hours will be determined depending on need. This position is for the  school year.
